Dingdang, this arc of New Mutants has been a corker. Vita Ayala and Rod Reis have performed a deep examination of who Illyana Rasputina and Madelyne Pryor are in the modern age, and how Limbo is a place one of them needs to move beyond while the other can repurpose it to gain agency.

But all good things must come to an end. The team needs to clear the decks so the New Mutants can celebrate 40 years of being perpetually somewhere between 14 and 24, and Madelyne is needed in an upcoming (checks notes) Spider-Man event called (checks notes again) “Dark Web.” Ah, well, we trust Zeb Wells to spin a good yarn.
Get it? Spin? Web? Spider-Man?
